Monte Zucker

Monte Zucker died last night at 8:30. If you are in the photographic world you know the name. He was one of the best, some would say he was the best, portrait maker in our world. I met Monte a time or two, in passing at conventions or seminars. His protege' Clay Blackmore was the one that taught me to "see the light", about 10 years ago in a GPPA school.

We lost "Big Daddy" Don Blair last year, and now Monte. They will both be missed, and have left some large shoes to fill.
